Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Investor Relations Specialist/Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current and potential investors, ensuring clear and timely communication, and contributing to the overall success of our investor relations program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep investors informed about company news, financial performance, and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver investor presentations, manage roadshows, and participate in investor conferences.
  • Respond to investor inquiries promptly and accurately, providing insightful and transparent information.
  • Monitor and analyze investor sentiment and feedback, and provide insights to management.
  • Support new investor acquisition initiatives and manage existing investor relationships.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance related to investor communication and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and best practices in investor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in investor relations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with investor relations software preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the African investment landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable.
